Over 10 years ago, I went vegan after watching documentaries which educated me on the effect that our food system, and food choices have, on the animals, our health and our environment.
My main drive was seeing the terrible plight of farmed animals, however, also, over time, my health improved naturally and continuously, throughout my 50's and now into my early 60's.
I then went on to learn of the powerful benefits to our planet and environment that this way of living brings.
Now, with over 10 years lived experience and qualifications, my passion to help others on similar journeys, raise awareness and be a voice for the voiceless animals
